Additionally, there is a spacious third bedroom, which serves as both a study area and a bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, spanning 15 m².
Moving up to the first floor, you will find a delightful dining room and a cozy living room. The residence also features a large, enclosed patio, discreetly hidden from view, furnished with garden furniture. Marie-Reine herself serves a delicious and nourishing breakfast of high quality, either in your room or in the welcoming living room.
