Welcome to our renovated XVIII Savoyarde farmhouse in St. Leger, Savoie, France. This charming farmhouse is situated on a plateau, offering breathtaking mountain views and surrounded by 6 hectares of land. At an altitude of 470m, it is located in the privileged surroundings of the Maurienne Valley, at the foot of the Belledone mountains.

Our Bed & Breakfast accommodation is perfect for those seeking a spacious, comfortable, and close-to-nature experience. The B&B can accommodate up to 6 people and features two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and two single beds. Additionally, it includes a living room, office, and a bathroom with a WC. With its own private entrance and deck, guests can enjoy their breakfast on the terrace while admiring the stunning views.

For larger groups, we also offer our renovated hay barn, which can accommodate up to 8 people. The barn showcases exposed beams, a glass ceiling providing a view of the roof structure, stone walls, and a contemporary touch. Guests can relax on the deck, immerse themselves in the tranquil surroundings, and even indulge in a glass of wine. The barn features two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a king-size bed and two single beds. Additionally, there is a living room with a canopy bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a WC, a separate WC, and a private entrance.

For larger groups of up to 12 people (or 14 with the canopy bed), we offer the option to rent both the renovated barn and the B&B. This option includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with a WC, a third WC, two lounges, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a canopy bed for two people, and a private entrance. Guests can make use of the deck to enjoy the stunning scenery.

Our property is located near many lakes for swimming and ski resorts, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. We take pride in our organic land management, which has created a haven for wildlife, including horses, cats, and chickens. It is worth noting that the Maurienne Valley is renowned as the world's largest cycling area, with prestigious mountain passes such as Iseran, Croix de Fer, Col du Cucheron, Madeleine, and Galibier. We also offer the rental of professional racing bikes and VTT (mountain bikes), ensuring our guests can fully explore the beautiful surroundings.

Les abords sont rustiques, l'extérieur traditionnel ayant été préservé. A l'intérieur c'est très propre, lumineux, agréablement meublé, et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Et l'accueil est excellent : une hôtesse (Lesley) pleine d'humour, de chaleur, de générosité.... nous avons eu un grand plaisir à converser avec elle, et avons fait honneur à sa table matinale (ah les bugnes (bio) !). Un immense merci à elle.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these travel directions: Take exit number 25 Epierre from the autoroute A43. After the toll, at the roundabout, turn left onto D207 and continue for 776 meters. Then, turn left again onto D207 and carry on for 3 kilometers. Traverse St. Leger and keep going until you reach the village called "Les Granges". At that point, turn right (look for a signpost indicating Le Domaine). Continue for 800 meters and then make another right (look for a wooden signpost indicating Le Domaine). Finally, go right again and head down to the sand arena.
