This villa for rent is conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from the charming village of Lumio, and only 5 minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach of Arinella. The beach also features an excellent restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, with the added ambiance of candlelit tables set out on the sand.

Upon arrival at Villa Lucia, you will be immediately captivated by the impressive sturdy oak door, adorned with a beautiful pattern of wheatsheaves and olives carved into the thick oak. This villa, surrounded by its own grove of oak trees, has been recently constructed to the highest standards using traditional materials.

As you enter the villa through the covered breakfast terrace, you will find yourself in a hallway that leads to a spacious and inviting sitting room. Furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player, this room offers the perfect space for relaxation. To the left of the hallway, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table and chairs. A door from the kitchen opens onto a garden at the side of the house, while French windows lead to the magnificent front terrace, offering panoramic views of the bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a generously sized dining area with a table and chairs, leading into the main sitting room. This large room features big and comfortable white sofas and chairs, with French windows opening onto the front terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with a large parasol, a table and chairs, a gas BBQ, and comfortable sun loungers.

The ground floor of the villa is home to three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and French windows that open onto the garden, providing views of the sea. The third bedroom is a twin room situated next to a lovely bathroom with a large spa bath, basin, and a separate tiled shower. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

An open staircase leads from the hallway to the master suite on the upper floor. The master suite boasts its own balcony with breathtaking views of Calvi and the mountains. It also features a large bathroom with a spa bath, basin, and WC. Additionally, there is a second balcony at the back of the house, offering fantastic views of the mountains and the picturesque ancient village of Lumio, nestled on the hillside.

The villa's pleasant grounds are complemented by a 10m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by an olive grove.
