The studio is conveniently located near 50 ski lifts in St Gervais. Situated on the ground floor, the chalet entrance can be accessed directly from the slopes or the pool. The terrace offers stunning views of Mont Blanc and St Gervais.

Upon entering the studio, there is a spacious hallway equipped with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. This hallway leads to a closed-off cabin with two bunk beds, each with two drawers containing a double quilt, two single quilts, four throws, and two bedside lamps.

Adjacent to the cabin is a private bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer, and towels.

Continuing through the studio, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, oven grill, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pot, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

In the small hallway, two solid oak folding beds can be found, allowing for ample space during the night. The kitchen also features a television, DVD player, and DIVX player.

The living room area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining area with a large oak table, three oak chairs, and an oak bench. This space overlooks a large bay window and leads to the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

The studio, measuring 30 square meters, is located on the east side and includes a 5 square meter terrace.

For storage of ski equipment, a locked and private room is available next to the studio, accessible with the same key. This room provides ski lockers, sleds, and a garden table and chairs for the convenience of our tenants. We kindly ask our tenants to store any bulky items, such as luggage, in this designated storage area.

Please note that bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own.
