This charming cottage underwent renovations in 2006 and boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with comfortable seating around a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), and a dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), a bathroom, a toilet, and a convenient washing machine. The cottage is heated with electric heating for your comfort.

Outside, there is a terrace with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, a lovely garden, a solarium, and a designated parking space. The total area of the cottage is 90 square meters, excluding the outdoor space.

There is an abundance of activities to enjoy in the vicinity. You can explore the beautiful hiking trails, with the GR86 trail passing right by the house. Horse riding, fishing, and even horse and donkey activities are available nearby. Just 2 kilometers away, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake with pedal boats, fishing spots, a climbing area, a castle, a museum, an exhibition hall, and a vibrant market.

Within a 6-kilometer radius, you can engage in various activities such as hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, and paragliding. For adventure enthusiasts, there is even a thrilling tree-based golf course.
