Renovated in September 2013, this charming cottage offers a cozy and warm atmosphere in a peaceful green setting on a farm surrounded by crops and dairy cows. Perfect for lovers of the countryside, nature, walking, and cycling, this cottage is located just 800m from the village, where you'll find convenient amenities such as small shops, a vegetable distributor available 24/7, and a nearby gardener.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to witness the milking of cows and taste fresh milk. For hiking enthusiasts, there are 17 suggested circuits in the surrounding villages and the Quesnoy ramparts, and we provide documentation to help you plan your routes.

The cottage features a comfortable living room and kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with two beds (90/200 cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, and another bedroom with a double bed (160/200 cm) and a bathroom with an Italian shower, sink, and toilet on the same level. Additionally, there is a laundry room (1.3 m²) with a washing machine.

The cottage is equipped with gas central heating and all utilities are included in the rental price. Linen is provided, and there is an option for a cleaning fee. We also offer a baby cottage for families traveling with little ones.

Conveniently located near highways A2 and A23, the cottage provides easy access to various destinations. Enjoy a private terrace and a noncontiguous garden in front of the house. Directions

To get to Brussels from Marly Paris, take the A2 highway and exit at 22b. Then, follow the signs for Préseau / Quesnoy on the D73 road. Once in Préseau, continue on the D173 road towards Maresches. Upon reaching Maresches, head towards Sepmeries on the D129 road.
