Our property, Ker Liviou, is located at the crossroad of the most beautiful escapades of the Côte dEmeraude, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the charming seaside towns of Saint-Malo, Dinard, and the Mont Saint Michel. You can also venture out to visit medieval towns like Dinan or enjoy a leisurely walk along the ocean, surrounded by breathtaking wild landscapes such as Cap Fréhel, Fort La latte, and Gouin Neck. And when you're ready to relax, you can unwind on one of the sandy beaches nearby.

On the second floor of Kerlivious outbuilding, you will find two Master bedrooms. The first one, named Granit, features a stylish black, dark orange, and flax color palette. It offers a queen size bed, a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet room. The second bedroom, called Sand, is decorated in soft colors and includes a full size bed, a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Each room is equipped with a TV set, a hairdryer, and a complimentary tray that includes an electric kettle, tea and herbal tea bags, and coffee.
