This renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the natural park Scarpe-Scheldt, surrounded by forests and hiking trails. It is conveniently situated 13km from Spa and Tournai, and only 35 minutes from Lille. The house offers a bright and beautiful view of the park, and is very comfortable with its 82 m² of space.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a wood stove and a 107 cm TV. The open living room area spans 44 m² and includes a dishwasher, fridge-cong, WC, and garderobe. There is also a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a garden terrace with a barbecue, and guests can also enjoy the common park area.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom has a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, and there is an additional dresser available. The house also has a bathroom and a corridor/mezzanine attic.

Indoor parking is provided for guests. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels and tableware are provided. The house also offers WIFI and is suitable for families with babies.

Welcome to our recently renovated farmhouse located in the heart of the beautiful Scarpe-Escaut natural park. Surrounded by forests and hiking trails, our cottage offers a tranquil escape just 13km away from the spa and the charming towns of Tournai and Lille, which are only a 35-minute drive away.

The cottage itself is a bright and spacious 82 m² home with stunning views of the park. The living room features a cozy wood stove and a 107 cm TV, while the open living area spanning 44 m² is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a convenient WC, a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a dressing room.

Outside, you can enjoy the serene terrace and garden with a shared barbecue area, perfect for spending quality time in nature. On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a comfortable 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom features a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and there is also a dresser available. The cottage also has a bathroom and a hallway/loft attic.

Additionally, the property offers indoor parking for your convenience. We strive to provide a comfortable stay, so the beds will be made upon your arrival and towels and tableware will be provided. We also offer WIFI and have baby-friendly facilities. Please note that pets are not allowed in our cottage.
