It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach from Bordeaux and Poitiers by motorway, taking the Rochefort exit. To reach from La Rochelle Airport-Ré, you can take a bus or rent a car.

To access the destination, take the RN 137 between La Rochelle and Rochefort (2x2, toll-free) and take the exit labeled "Ile d'Aix - Fouras". Continue towards the town center.
