Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming cottage, situated just 100 meters from the sea in the beautiful Penmarc'h (29,760) region. Located in the small harbor of St. Pierre, our cottage is perfectly positioned, offering easy access to Pont L'Abbé (14 km) and Quimper (32 km), making it an ideal base for exploring the stunning South Finistère region.

Our cottage is surrounded by 8 km of sandy beaches and coves, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Penmarc'h. Step inside our delightful 60 square meter cottage, tastefully decorated with a charming "sea" theme. The house was completely renovated in 2008 using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams and a stove for those cooler evenings. There is also a convenient toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. Moving upstairs, you will discover two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds, with the possibility of accommodating a third person. A spacious bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC completes the first floor.

Our cottage boasts heating in every room, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. We also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families with young children. Step outside onto our 17 square meter south-facing terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can relax and soak up the sun.

The weekly rental rates for our cottage are as follows: €520 in July and August (high season), €350 during school holidays in June and September (mid season), and €300 for other periods (low season). For certain periods, we also offer weekend rentals at €150 in mid season and €100 in low season. Please note that water and electricity charges are not included in the rental price, and will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.

Check-in is available from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. To secure your reservation, we require a signed lease agreement and a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

We look forward to welcoming you to our delightful cottage and ensuring you have a memorable stay in Penmarc'h.
