With the convenience of a shuttle boat located on the nearby beach, you can easily explore Ajaccio without the need for a car.Situated just 15 minutes away from Ajaccio and 1.5 hours away from Cargèse, the stunning creeks of Piana, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the magnificent towns of Porto, Scandola, and Girolata are just 2.5 hours away. Bonifacio is also within reach at only 1.15 hours away, and Sartène and the breathtaking neck Vizzavona are just a short drive of 50 minutes.
Ajaccio is a highly sought-after destination and our resort showcases the exceptional quality of the coastal environment (Blue Flag) surrounded by untouched nature. The beach is conveniently located just 800 meters away, offering a range of water sports activities including sailing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, boat trips, and surfboard and catamaran rentals in Ajaccio (1.5 km away). Additionally, there is a water park, equestrian center (1.5 km away), shooting range, and municipal golf course in Porticcio. For those who love outdoor activities, there are plenty of excursions, hiking trails, 4x4 adventures, and cycling routes to explore. A bus stop right at the foot of the residence allows for easy access to the coast and other nearby beaches.
Nestled on a hill, the TERRA BELLA residence is a charming collection of small buildings adorned with narrow pedestrian streets, plots, and gardens. Within the residence, there are two swimming pools with terraces (unheated and unsupervised) that are open from mid-May to late September. Tennis courts (not included in the service) are located nearby. The opening and closing of the pools depend on the condominium, so please inquire. Inside the apartment, you will find all the comforts needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
