The Roguedas Cottage is a brand new, spacious 68 m2 building that offers exceptional living comfort. It boasts the equivalent of 3 to 4 ear-rated gites. You will have the pleasure of a private garden and parking space. Additionally, a large, sunny terrace facing south with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The ground floor features a generous main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The room is flooded with natural light thanks to a large window that showcases the southern exposure of the property. A convenient laundry area and toilet are also conveniently located on this floor.

We have made sure that everything is designed to make you feel right at home! Your comfort is guaranteed with a range of modern amenities, including an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and all necessary ironing facilities.

Upstairs, you will find two charming bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one double bed and two single beds), as well as a bathroom with toilet. In addition, the cozy living room offers two additional sleeping options with a sofa bed.

At no extra cost, you can request access to the outdoor hot tub, as well as access to the golf course and bicycles (two adult and two children's bikes). We also provide a stroller and baby cot for your convenience.

For your convenience, we offer additional services for a small fee, including the provision of bed sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
