This is a spacious room measuring 25 m², equipped with a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a cozy living area furnished with a sofa futon. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Guests will have the option to enjoy a selection of herbal teas on the balcony. Furthermore, there is a smaller bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. Both bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, and we have installed a child safety gate upstairs to ensure the safety of children moving between rooms. These rooms are located in a separate part of the house, offering independent access.

It offers a serene and rural setting, with nearby farms adding to the idyllic atmosphere. Guests will be delighted by the presence of a beautiful walled garden, adorned with vibrant flowers during the summer months. Additionally, a refreshing swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy. Within the garden, a delightful chicken coop provides fresh eggs daily. As part of our commitment to providing a memorable experience, we offer a delightful dining experience with homemade dishes using ingredients sourced from our garden or local producers. Guests will have the opportunity to savor the flavors of freshly picked vegetables, farm-fresh dairy products, and homemade jams.

Un lieu au calme dans un cadre très agréable avec des hôtes Gérard et Fabienne adorables généreux et forts gentils et une demeure plaisante confortable. Une table gourmande aux produits sains locaux de qualités. Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour ! Un rapport qualité prix incomparable !

Dans le cadre du festival Berlioz, nous avons passé chez Gérard et Fabienne un séjour vraiment très agréable ! La table d'hôtes y a notamment participé, par la qualité des produits servis, la générosité et la gentillesse qui accompagnent les repas..Le lieu est un hâvre de paix, dans un écrin de verdure ...Et la piscine est idéalement configurée ! Je ne peux que recommander chaudement "les Balmes" à tout voyageur à destination de St Siméon et sa région ...Vous y rencontrerez un accueil inoubliable !

To reach Saint Simeon Bressieux, take the Bièvre axis and drive for approximately 20 minutes from the Rives exit on the A43 highway (heading towards Grenoble). The access is straightforward: simply pass through the village of Saint Simeon Bressieux and continue towards Roybon. After covering a distance of 250 meters from the village's outskirts, make a right turn onto Balmes Road. The house will be situated on the left side, adjacent to a small wooded area.
