Situated on the first floor of the villa, this beautifully renovated 45m2 apartment offers a cozy and stylish living space. It features a comfortable sofa in the living room, a bedroom with a 160-sized bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style fridge, oven, and microwave. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The apartment boasts large windows and an east-south-west orientation, providing plenty of natural light. Guests also have access to the garden. The beach is a mere 400 meters away, as is the city center with its shops, cinema, casino, and pool. The apartment is available for short-term stays three times a week. Additionally, guests can enjoy golf breaks in Dinard-Saint Briac. Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival.
