Description for B&B:

Welcome to our charming guesthouse located in an enchanting 17th-century house once owned by Duguay-Trouin. Nestled within a picturesque park of 3500 m², abundant with lush trees, our establishment offers four cozy guest rooms. Situated in the Saint Servan area of Saint Malo, with the edges of Rance just 500m away, you will find yourself in close proximity to Intra Muros (only 5 minutes) and Dinard (also 5 minutes).

At our family-run guesthouse, we strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are passionate about art and the beauty of our region, which is reflected in every corner of our house. Séverine, one of our family members, has her own painting workshop on the premises, where she welcomes guests to experience and appreciate her creativity. Meanwhile, Pierre-Yves, our other family member, is an expert in hiking and cycling. He will gladly take you on unique and off-the-beaten-path adventures, ensuring you discover the hidden gems of our surroundings.

Comfortable stay. Very simple breakfast but home made jams are absolutely delicious. We all strongly recommend this place!! No Cards are accepted.
