Indulge in a refreshing swim in our expansive 17m pool, complete with comfortable loungers and shaded umbrellas, or unwind amidst the contemporary splendor of our spacious garden. For added relaxation, we offer an outdoor Hot Tub. Despite its tranquility, our location affords the convenience of being just a short stroll away from the city center, the Abbey, two exceptional restaurants, a small supermarket, and a bakery. Please note that the pool is temporarily closed on Sunday afternoons for maintenance and during the night for your safety. Rest assured, a secure parking space on the property is at your disposal.

Description for Gite

This charming cottage offers a spacious and comfortable stay, spread over two levels. With a total area of 140m2, it boasts three separate bedrooms, each offering a comfortable sleeping arrangement - the master bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Additionally, there is a generously sized shower room with a WC, as well as a guest WC on the ground floor, complete with a vanity.

The ground floor also features a well-equipped open American kitchen, boasting a large cooking range with two ovens, a convenient washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a mixer, among other appliances. The kitchen also offers a bar area and a pantry, complete with a spacious refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room that comfortably accommodates eight people, while a cozy lounge area provides ample seating with a three-seater sofa and four armchairs. For entertainment, there is a TV and a home cinema system.

Outside, guests can enjoy the semi-covered patio, furnished with teak garden furniture and a large gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. It is important to note that the cottage is part of the main building and is located on the extreme right side.

On the first floor, accessed through the guest room, there is a loft measuring 70m2. This additional space features two bedrooms - the first bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The loft also includes a fitted kitchen, a large shower room with a WC, a dining room, and a lounge area with a TV.

Guests have the privilege of using the swimming pool, enjoying the beautiful garden, and making use of private parking facilities.

A wonderful location in the heart of the hostoric France.
Refined but unpretentious place for a couple or family. We enjoyed the atmosphere: "great comfort in old stones " Swimming pool. Vegetables from the organic garden. Veru close to the wondrous Loire castles! What else ;-)

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these travel directions: Take the Blois exit on the A10. From there, head towards Vierzon on the D952. Cross the Loire River and immediately after the bridge, turn right towards Montrichard on the D951. Stay along the Loire River and keep following the D751 until you reach Pontlevoy. In the village, just before reaching the Auberge de l'Ecole, turn right onto rue du Billeux, which later becomes rue des Fourneaux.
