Welcome to Breakfast Townhouse, a charming mansion from the late 19th century situated on an old wine estate in the Cotes d'Auvergne region. This historic building showcases the renowned Volvic stone, which is commonly found in the architecture of Clermont-Ferrand.The residential part of the mansion features a Chai (wine cellar) connected to an underground cellar, showcasing the unique geological features of the area with visible craters and tephra.
Conveniently located within 3 miles of Clermont-Ferrand's city center and a mere 10-minute drive from the A75 highway towards Le Mont-Dore, our townhouse offers easy access to the city's attractions such as the Pathé cinema and the Zenith Halle d'Auvergne.
For seamless transportation, three transit lines are available just 100 meters from the house, connecting you to the city's tram network and providing effortless travel throughout Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.
Our townhouse offers four spacious bedrooms, ranging from 25 to 35 square meters, each equipped with air conditioning, wifi access, a TV screen, and a desk. The bedding is comfortable and flexible, with the option of a queen-sized bed (160 x 200) or two individual beds (80 x 200) upon request. Additionally, one of the rooms is specifically designed to accommodate families of four.

avons passé une nuit lors d'un séjour à Beaumont à l'occasion d'un mariage. Accueil plus qu'agréable, propriétaires très chaleureux et très intéressants. Maison superbement décorée, chambre très confortable, petits déjeuners copieux...nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

Absolument parfait à tout point de vue.Grand confort,petit déjeuner excellent et surtout un accueil qui éfface tous les soucis par sa qualité.Bravo pour tout et à bientot.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle demeure que je ne peux que vous recommander.
Les chambres toutes neuves sont calmes, spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Télé, wifi, rien ne manque...
Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et sentent bon les gateaux "maison".
Quant aux propriétaires ils ne demandent qu'à être connus...

Excellent séjour
Bonjour,
Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison d'hôte en août 2014, et nous avons passé un agréable moment, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et notre chambre située au dernier étage était très calme et la literie excellente ! Tout était très propre et le linge de maison était en parfait état !
Pour ce qui relève du petit déjeuner, excellent encore avec beaucoup de produits faits maison délicieux ou des mets de très bonne qualité ! Juste un petit bémol sur le fait que cette bâtisse soit un peu excentrée de Clermont mais même avec un enfant en bas âge, et le tram nous avons pu nous y rendre.
