Site Lutz offers five guest rooms and a loft converted from an 18th-century cottage, accommodating up to six people. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and engage in a game of table tennis.

Located approximately three hours away from Paris via the A11 highway and near the town of Chateau-Gontier, the area is conveniently situated for exploring numerous historical and cultural sites. Some notable attractions include Chenonceau, Château du Lude, the castle of Angers with its captivating tapestries of the Apocalypse, the vineyards of Anjou such as the esteemed Castle Epiré, Mont St Michel, and the famous landing beaches in Normandy. Additionally, the area hosts events like the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Mondial du Lion d'Angers, along with horse racing.

For those seeking outdoor activities, the village of Daon offers boat rides on the Mayenne river, as well as paddleboat and canoe rentals. An equestrian club and an 18-hole golf course are also available just 15 kilometers away.

Nous avons séjourné pour notre lune de miel 2 nuits dans ce château. Le châtelain nous a reçu très chaleureusement. Le cadre extérieur et intérieur est superbe, calme et apaisant. La chambre spacieuse superbement décorée ...
Les pièces du château sont joliment décorées meubles, miroirs, tableaux, livres...
Le repas fût excellent en compagnie du châtelain, les échanges avec lui tout au long du séjour furent riches cest une personne très attachante.
Le propriétaire est un homme remarquable et d une hospitalité sans défaut.
Nous y retournerons pour nos prochaines vacances dans la région.
