Experience the authentic charm and beauty of the Lot department by staying in our cottage. Located in the picturesque village of La Madeleine Faycelles, our character stone house offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.

During your stay, you can explore the nearby attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Cahors, Saint-Cirq, Cajarc, Figeac, and Champollion's birthplace, which will transport you to the heart of Egyptian history and culture.

Our spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and features a 120 sqm interior with a 60 sqm terrace. It includes three bedrooms with comfortable double beds, an American kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped entertainment area with TV. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Enjoy the beautiful views of the park and the pool (4 x 8) from the terrace. Please note that bed linen is provided, but we do not accept pets.

To reach us, you can take the A20 from Paris and continue towards Brive, then take exit 56 towards Figeac. If you're coming from Toulouse-Cahors, also take exit 56 towards Figeac. Once in Figeac, follow the signs for "Villefranche de Rouergue" (D 822) and drive for 6 miles until you reach the Madeleine, where you'll find our signposted entrance.

If you prefer to travel by train, the Figeac Train Station is only 6 km away and offers daily connections from Paris, Toulouse, Brive, and Aurillac. Alternatively, Rodez airport is 60 km away, and Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 155 km away.

We offer a weekly rate of 850 euros for 6 people from July 1 to July 11 and from August 22 to August 31. From July 11 to August 22, the rate is 1050 euros. For other periods, please get in touch with us.

To secure your booking, a deposit check payable to Mr. Dubost must accompany your reservation. The deposit amount is 30% of your total stay, and the check should be sent to the address 46100 La Madeleine Faycelles. Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm your booking and your check will be collected on the day of your arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.

Upon arrival, a deposit will be required, which will be returned to you upon departure. We look forward to welcoming you to our cottage in the Lot department and ensuring you have a memorable stay.

Description for Gite

Our gite can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering a spacious area of 120 sqm and a generous terrace measuring 60 m². Inside, there are 3 cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable 140 bed. The gite also features an open-concept American kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and socializing. The living room boasts a warm fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance, and it is fully equipped with a TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is also fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Additionally, high-speed internet access is available for our guests. Outside, the terrace offers stunning views of the park and a refreshing swimming pool, which measures 4 x 8 meters.

Directions

To reach Madeleine, follow these revised travel directions: Take the A20 motorway towards Paris and Toulouse. Exit at 56 and follow the signs for Figeac. Avoid going towards Faycel Figeac and instead take the D822 road towards Madeleine, which is approximately 7 kilometers away. After reaching the crossing, turn left and look for the marked access to your destination.
