Located 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this fully furnished 3-star tourist accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. The emphasis here is on serenity and independence, thanks to the spacious garden (1000m²) and the large heated swimming pool (10X4) with comfortable deck chairs perfect for relaxation. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, depending on the weather conditions for May and October.

Your suite is situated in the mezzanine of the house, providing you with a private space of approximately 80m², ensuring complete independence. The suite includes a room with a 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, you will have access to a large room where meals can be served during unpleasant weather. A private bathroom with a shower, as well as a private toilet, are also available for your convenience. Furthermore, you can enjoy a TV room furnished with a comfortable leather sofa.

During good weather, breakfast and meals are served by the pool, offering a delightful dining experience. If desired, a table d'hôte option is available at an additional cost, allowing you to savor delicious seafood platters, oysters, and other regional specialties.

A designated parking space is reserved for you within the enclosed property. The room rate, ranging from 75 to 95 depending on the season, includes breakfast and unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

We prioritize the discretion and independence of our guests. Reservations can be made via email or telephone after the rental contract has been sent and a 25% deposit of the total stay price has been made.
