Situated on the first floor of a renovated old house, this cottage provides a peaceful countryside setting. Conveniently, shops including a junction contact, post office, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser are all within 1 km.

Inside the cottage, you will find three beautifully decorated rooms that offer all the comfort you need. Stay connected with unlimited free Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, and all the necessary dinnerware and cookware. The spacious 35 m2 living room features comfortable sofas, chairs, a dining table for 6-7 people, a flat-screen TV, and TNT. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet.

This cottage, which was completely redone in April 2014, also offers a terrace with a table and high stools, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Private and free parking is available on-site for 2-3 vehicles. Additionally, baby equipment such as a highchair and cot can be provided upon request and free of charge.

The location of the cottage is convenient for those visiting Micropolis Minjoz, Johns Hospital, Hospital of Franche Comté, and CFPPA. Whether you are planning a week-long holiday, a weekend getaway, or any other type of stay, this cottage is an ideal choice.
