The Leonie cottage is a perfect retreat for two people. With its refined and authentic decor, nestled in the heart of the vineyards and just 10 minutes from Angers, this cottage offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a private front terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast. The cozy bed is nestled in an alcove and overlooks a small TV room. Additionally, a private terrace at the back of the cottage provides a great space for barbecues or simply relaxing on the chairs.

The bathroom and toilet are separate for your convenience.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, your bed will be made upon arrival and all linens, sheets, towels, and tea towels are provided.

If needed, a cot is available upon request.

1. Exit at Cholet Niort Poitiers and Brissac Quince.
2. Make sure to visit Bourg Saint Melaine on Aubance.
3. When you reach a stop sign in front of the restaurant "Le Petit Manoir," take a right turn towards Brissac.
4. Continue straight out of town and take the first left onto "path Toucheronde."
5. Afterward, take the first right onto "path Gaubourg."
6. Keep going until you reach the end, and voila! You have arrived at your destination.
