This spacious cottage is 143 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests with its three large bedrooms. It is situated at 4 Aillianville Road in Lafauche and is separate from the guest room.

The cottage has a charming and traditional character, with stone walls and exposed beams. It is located at the base of the Lafauche castle, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The authenticity of this place creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything has been thought of to ensure a comfortable stay both inside and outside the house.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. There is also a lovely veranda with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor terrace with more seating and a barbecue.

The upper floor features a mezzanine area with a lounge, and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

The cottage offers a private and enclosed garden, as well as the option of using the adjacent orchard for additional space. There is also a convenient private parking area.

Inside, you will find all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, microwave, and more. There is a fireplace and central heating to keep you cozy, and entertainment options such as a large screen television with satellite package, DVD player, PC, Wii, and stereo system. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce superbe gîte où rien ne manque, pièces vastes, véranda avec vue magnifique sur la campagne, très bien équipé et calme. La propriétaire est super sympathique et pleine d'attentions pour ses hôtes. Nous reviendrons. Brigitte du Rhône
