This is a spacious bedroom ranging from 16 to 25 m² in size, suitable for a maximum of 8 people.

Details & Installations:
Inside the accommodation, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The bedrooms are furnished with 3 king size beds and 3 single beds. Additionally, we can provide an extra bed or a children's bed upon request.

Equipments:
Inside the accommodation, you will find amenities such as a TV, DVD player, telephone, internet access, and HIFI system. Outside, there is a BBQ area, deckchairs, a children's playground, and bicycles for your use.

Useful Information:
The property is conveniently located with shops just 200 meters away and the city center only 500 meters away. We accept pets but kindly request that smoking is done outside. Parking is available, and you have the option to rent 2 bicycles or more. For breakfast, we offer a choice of local flavor or traditional options. Additionally, a private living room can be rented for dinner.

Prices:
During the school period, the nightly rate is €60. During holidays, the rate increases to €80 per night. If you require an additional bedroom within your accommodation, the cost is €15 per person. For pets, there is a daily fee of €10, and we provide a designated area in the garden for them during the day, where we will take care of them. Breakfast is available for €12 per person (local flavor) or €7 for a simple breakfast. A guarantee of €250 is required, and a deposit of 50% is needed to secure your reservation.
