Located just 2km from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene natural environment. With no sights or sounds of cars or neighbors, you can fully immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of nature. The property features a sizable swimming pool, partially designed in a stylish infinity style.There are two separate bed and breakfast units, each with their own independent access. The first unit, called "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the Villa, accessible via an external staircase. The second unit, known as "Les Lucioles," is a standalone annex-maisonette. Both units can accommodate up to four people and include a bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and Wifi internet. Linen is also provided for your convenience.
Each unit boasts its own outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, creating a private space in front of the entrance. Additionally, the "Les Lucioles" room offers the added benefit of an external covered kitchen that comes fully equipped.
Situated in the village of Breil sur Roya in France, this property is conveniently located near Park Mercantour and the Italian border. It is only 20km away from the coast and its beautiful beaches, as well as 35km from the enchanting ski resort of Limone, Italy. The village itself has a train station, providing connections to Nice, France, and Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
