Welcome to the charming Cerneau field, nestled in the picturesque hills of Perigord Black, in close proximity to major tourist attractions. This 19th-century barn has been meticulously restored, seamlessly blending antique furniture with modern comforts. With three bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, our accommodation can comfortably house up to nine guests.

Start your day with a delightful homemade breakfast featuring delectable treats like walnut cake, jam, and yogurt. Additionally, we serve freshly baked bread prepared over a wood fire. Our property boasts ample sunlight, tranquility, and privacy, offering stunning views of the village of Nailhac, renowned for its walnut production. Enjoy a dip in our heated and secure 10x5m swimming pool.

For added convenience, we provide a baby kit and complimentary WiFi access. The castles of Hautefort and Badefols d'Ans are a mere five-minute drive away, while the famous Tourtoirac cave can be reached in just 10 minutes. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the renowned Lascaux caves, a 30-minute drive away, or enchanting Sarlat, just 45 minutes away.

Our establishment is open during the spring and autumn seasons, with the option of a summer cottage as well. We accept checks as payment and welcome pets with prior consent from the owners.

Room rates per night, including breakfast, are as follows:
- Horn Room: Queen bed (160 cm) for two people: 75 euros
- Franquette Room: Queen bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm): 75 euros for two people, 90 euros for three people
- Grandjean Room: Queen bed (160 cm) and two single beds (90 cm): 110 euros for four people

Ce petit coin de Dordogne est magnifique. Serein, vert, et à deux pas de hauts lieux touristiques, sans être submergé de monde.
De grandes balades à faire.Le domaine est très beau. La maison spacieuse. Mathilde est une hôtesse aux petits soins. On y mange bien, on y dort bien. On ne manque de rien !!
C'est vraiment une adresse à noter précieusement.

Directions

If you are arriving from Limoges:

1. Take the A20 motorway and exit at exit 36.
2. Follow the signs for Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche.
3. Pass through Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche and Lanouaille.
4. Drive through the village of Saint-Agnan and turn left towards Badefols-d'Ans and Etang du Coucou.
5. Continue for several kilometers until you reach a place called "The Francille," where you should turn right towards "The Escures" and "Conangle."
6. At the end of the road, turn right and you have arrived.

If you are arriving from Brive-la-Gaillarde:

1. In Brive-la-Gaillarde, take the direction of Objat.
2. Take the fast track and at the end of this road, at the roundabout, head towards Varetz.
3. Pass through Varetz and at Lieu Dit 3 "The Burg," turn left towards Saint-Robert.
4. Pass through Ayen and take the road on the left towards Saint-Robert, then Coubjours and Badefols-d'Ans.
5. Drive through the town of Badefols-d'Ans and at the location "Les Bordes," turn left towards "Saint-Agnan."
6. Pass through Saint-Agnan and turn right after the Crédit Agricole and the bakery.
7. Continue for several kilometers and at a place called "The Francille," turn right towards "The Escures" and "Conangle."
8. At the end of the road, turn right and you have arrived.

If you are arriving from Périgueux:

1. In Périgueux, take the direction of Brive-la-Gaillarde.
2. Follow state road 89 towards Azerat.
3. After approximately 2 kilometers, at a place called La Mule Blanche in the town of La Bachellerie, turn left towards Saint-Rabier and Hautefort.
4. Continue on this road and cross the town of Saint-Rabier.
5. After passing the Crédit Agricole and the bakery in Saint-Agnan, turn right.
6. Continue for several kilometers and at a place called "The Francille," turn right towards "The Escures" and "Conangle."
7. At the end of the road, turn right and you have arrived.

If you are arriving from the A89 motorway:

1. Take the A89 motorway and exit at Montignac, Sarlat, Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche, exit 17.
2. At the toll booth, take the right lane and at the roundabout, follow the signs for Hautefort.
3. Then, in both cases, drive through the town of Saint-Rabier.
4. After passing the Crédit Agricole and the bakery in Saint-Agnan, turn right.
