This description is for a converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. One of the cottages is connected to another cottage and a laundry facility.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area and toilets. The first floor features two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds. There is also a bathroom.

The gîte is equipped with heating, a TV, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation.

The property offers beautifully landscaped gardens, a courtyard, and a play area with table tennis, table football, basketball, and badminton.

Bedsheets can be rented if needed, and babysitting services are available.

Located in a quiet and sunny area near one of the most renowned coastlines of Finistère, this gîte is tastefully furnished and comfortable. Children will have plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy while you relax in either the shade or the sun.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker.

The cozy living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment.

The bedrooms offer a peaceful sanctuary with a 140x190cm bed in one room and two 90x190cm beds in the other, all with high-quality mattresses and slatted frames.

Indulge in a relaxing bath in the spacious bathroom.

Enjoy the serenity of the garden with its outdoor furniture, parasol, and barbecue facilities.

For your convenience, a common laundry area is available with a washing machine and dryer.

Additional services offered include:
- Free ADSL internet connection
- Daily regional newspaper (available in July and August)

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de plain pied chez Mme. et M. GUILLO à LANJULIEN à la Foret Fouesnant début avril 2011, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort, c'est super calme pour se reposer. Vraiment nous conseillons à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes de s'adresser à Mme. et M. GUILLO ces propriétaires sont supers sympathiques , cela fait 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances chez eux. Il y a de nombreuses promenades et visites à faire aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en 2012.
