Description for Gite

The renovated "Bergerie" cottage, now larger as a T2 bis, is finally completed and ready for the summer holidays of 2015. With its ideal location and comfortable amenities, this house is perfect for accommodating a small family (maximum 4/5 persons + 1BB) for various lengths of stays, whether it be for vacation or a cure.

The cottage has been expanded to 40m2, with the addition of a 15m2 extra room, enhancing your overall experience. Situated to the west and built on the site of the old barn, the cottage derives its name from its historical origin. The main room features walls covered with bleached planks, known as "rough sawn," and a sloping ceiling, creating a bright and contemporary yet traditional atmosphere. An electric roller shutter door window allows for adjustable brightness in the main room and provides access to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

Within the main room, you will find a closet-wardrobe, a very comfortable sofa bed, a loft bed measuring 90, an armchair, a TV with TNT channels, and a radio/CD player. The Velux-equipped bedroom, measuring 15m2, includes a 140 bed with a headboard offering storage space, a wardrobe, two cupboards, a valet, and a table with one seat. Additionally, a cot can be provided for a small fee.

The cottage also features a kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and two hobs with an extractor hood. A buffet with dishes, pots and pans, and a table with four chairs complete the kitchen area. Cleaning amenities such as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron are also provided.

The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub, a massage shower cabin, a cabinet with a mirror and sink, a hot water tank, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Additionally, a gas plancha can be made available for a fee of 5€ per week, regardless of the number of uses. Free WiFi internet access is provided, and an RJ45 socket is available for an Ethernet card connection (a cable can be borrowed if necessary).

Guests have complimentary access to the secured swimming pool, with adherence to the rules and their own responsibility. Bicycles for men, women, and children, as well as a baby gate, are freely available, along with games for both children and adults. A parking space near the cottage is also provided.

To ensure the well-being of future guests, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed. The cottage is strictly non-smoking (equipped with a smoke detector), and rates are subject to change depending on the season and length of stay. Please contact us for more information.
