With its breathtaking vistas of the encircling mountains, you will find solace in its inviting and snug ambiance. The house showcases an authentic restoration, boasting stone walls, a traditional bread oven, charming French ceilings, exquisite flooring, and exposed beams. For the sake of guests' allergies, the house is strictly non-smoking and does not permit pets. This idyllic location is perfect for reuniting with loved ones, whether it be family or friends, and offers proximity to nature, allowing easy access to the nearby forest.

Description for Gite

This charming 18th century stone house is the perfect getaway for 10-13 guests. With its south-facing position, it offers a lovely view and covers an area of 140 m². The house features a spacious fitted kitchen and a cozy lounge with a fireplace and heat recovery system. There are four comfortable bedrooms, including two with 160 cm beds, six with 90 cm beds, and also a cot for a baby. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a hydromassage tub, and two toilets. The property has an enclosed land of 800 m², a 50 m² terrace (half of which is a pool), and a garage.

This house has been tastefully renovated while preserving its authentic charm. It boasts stone walls, a traditional bread oven, beautiful French ceilings made of wood, wooden floors, and exposed beams. The decoration is refined, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Whether you visit in the summer or winter, this cottage provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is approved for Tourism & Handicap, ensuring accessibility for individuals with motor, auditory, and mental disabilities.

Directions

To get to Dimini in Chalmazel, Loire, Rhone-Alpes, France, you can follow these travel directions:

- If you are departing from Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until you reach Noirétable D1089.
- From there, head towards St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, and then D101 towards Chalmazel.
- About 2 km before reaching Chalmazel, turn right and take the paved road on the left (Dimini).
- Continue until you reach the center of the village, and then take the cemented path on the left. You have arrived!

- If you are coming from Lyon:
- Take the A7 motorway towards St-Etienne, and then continue on A72.
- Exit at Feurs and follow departmental road D1089 towards Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Continue until you reach the center of the village, and then take the cemented path on the right. You have arrived!

- If you are traveling through Roanne:
- Take the D8 road towards St-Germain-Laval until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Continue until you reach the center of the hamlet, and then take the cemented path. You have arrived!
