Located on the coast of Pink Granite near PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANY, our bed and breakfast rooms offer an ideal location to explore the Paimpol area and Roscoff on the beautiful and unspoiled Granite Coast. Situated between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Coasts of Armor, our rooms are part of a charming and authentic restored farm that exudes the character of old stone.We offer two options for accommodation. The first is a room in the main house of the farm, suitable for 1 to 2 guests. The second option is a fully renovated annex with a kitchen, perfect for 1 to 5 guests. Whichever option you choose, you can start your day with a delicious breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:30. We provide a variety of hot drinks, toast with salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yoghurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes.
As your host, Marie will gladly introduce you to the beauty of the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings, helping you plan your exploration of this stunning area through kilometers of coastal paths. She will also be happy to recommend the best restaurants and pancake shops in the area.
Our facilities include a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue, and a spacious garden with children's play area. We also have equipment for babies upon request.
Our prices range from 45 to 55 euros per night, including breakfast, with special rates for different seasons. We accept account transfers and holiday checks.
We have availability throughout the year, whether you are looking for a one-night stay, a weekend getaway, a mid-week break, or a longer vacation.

Welcome to my Grandmother's Farm in Lannion. This charming location is perfect for exploring the beautiful area of Paimpol and Roscoff on the breathtaking Pink Granite Coast. The unspoiled and protected landscapes offer exceptional beauty that you won't find anywhere else.Our old stone longère farmhouse, located in the Coasts of Armor in Brittany, provides comfortable accommodations for your stay. You'll have a private entrance and terrace with a barbecue, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a multifunction oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils and appliances. There are also two toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The cozy living room features exposed stone walls, a fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. The accommodation includes two bedrooms - one with three single beds and an office space, and another with a double bed and a baby bed. A television can be provided upon request.
Our location on the Granite Coast Pink allows for easy access to the nearby towns of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol. We are only 9 km away from the beach and 2 km from the town center. Additionally, we are close to Lannion, Trébeurden, Trégastel, PLOUMANACH, and Perros-Guirec.
Whether you're looking to explore the stunning landscapes or relax on the nearby beach, our farmhouse is the perfect base for your holiday. We are conveniently located 1 hour from Brest and Saint-Brieuc, and just 5 hours from Paris.
