These rooms are not only comfortable, but also equipped with private facilities and WIFI. Guests can indulge in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Situated in the heart of the Languedoc region, near Carcassonne, Trèbes, Narbonne, and the Canal du Midi, the castle serves as an ideal base for exploring the Cité de Carcassonne and its 18-hole golf course, as well as the nearby abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the beaches of Narbonne, regional markets, and hiking or biking trails. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to go canoeing or kayaking, or simply visit local winemakers. Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Blomac, the castle boasts a 5-hectare park filled with ancient trees, providing a peaceful ambiance with the soothing sound of cicadas. The park features pathways adorned with statues and a swimming pool measuring 7x13 meters. Guests have the option to enjoy their breakfast or dinner (table d’hôte) on the veranda, offering breathtaking views, or in one of the orangery's.

Recently renovated in 2009, the house boasts a luxurious and comfortable interior with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, while still maintaining the charm of the past. Located just 60 yards from the castle and on the edge of a 12.5-acre castle garden, you can take leisurely strolls and immerse yourself in the serene surroundings.

Outside, a large patio with a pergola and a spacious private garden of over 220 sqm await you, perfect for enjoying meals, sipping a glass of wine, or having a barbecue. The garden is equipped with a barbecue and offers ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. For entertainment, we provide various games, table tennis, and a TV, ensuring that no one will ever be bored. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to the castle's heated swimming pool (7x13), providing a refreshing retreat within the castle grounds.

The region experiences a mild winter and warm summers, with some people even enjoying Christmas lunch outdoors. With approximately 300 sunny days a year, this area is known for its pleasant climate. Nearby attractions include the Narbonne beach (45 km), Bize-Minervois lake (29 km), and canoeing just 3 km away. Walking and cycling routes are easily accessible, with some starting right from the holiday home. Within a 9 km distance, you'll find various lakes offering activities such as fishing and surfing. The famous Canal du Midi, a waterway connecting the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean, is also within walking distance (2 km). Boats can be rented nearby without requiring a license. For nature lovers and cycling enthusiasts, a cycle path runs alongside the canal.
