Our house boasts four incredibly comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, storage cupboard, desk, television, and two armchairs. Additionally, every bedroom has its own private bathroom and separate toilet.

Outside, you will discover a delightful enclosed pleasure garden filled with fun activities for all ages. Enjoy the swing, trampoline, small houses, and land balls designed for adults. For ultimate relaxation, we offer a heated swimming pool and a 5-seater SPA. There is also a beautifully landscaped and shaded area, perfect for basking in the warm mid-season sunshine.

By road:
- From Marmande, take the D933 and continue towards Fonroque, Eymet, and Miramont.
- At Fonroque, follow the signs for Puyguilhem and continue on the G road for 5 km until you reach Garry. The second farm will be on your left.
- From St-Foy-la-Grande, take the D18 towards Eymet. After passing Couture, turn left towards Monestier and then take the D17 towards Sigoulès. At the second road, turn left towards Garry. The second farm will be on your right.
- From Bergerac, take the D933 towards Eymet / Mount Marsant. After passing Rouffignac and Sigoulès, take the D17 towards Duras. After 5 km, turn left towards Garry. The second farm will be on your right.
