The accommodation is located in a private courtyard, with a separate parking area. Each Gite has its own private garden, complete with an outdoor BBQ, dining area, and garden furniture. The swimming pool is quite large, featuring a paddling pool (25msq) with a 40cm depth, flowing into a larger pool (75msq) that has a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m. The pool is situated on the edge of the Adour valley, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The property also includes an ancient chapel, moat, and woodlands for guests to explore. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by stunning views of the Pyrenees mountains and the Gascon countryside. Le Prielle is centrally located in Gascony, providing plenty of opportunities for those looking to explore the area. Market towns such as Plaisance du Gers, Vic en Bigorre, Maubourguet, and Aire sur l'Adour are nearby, offering an abundance of quality regional produce. The Madiran area is also known for its wine production, with St Mont, Juracon, and the Bearn being popular wine-growing regions. To the north, the Armagnac region is within easy reach, along with some of the most charming towns in South West France. Le Prielle is also conveniently located near the Pyrenees mountains, which offer a wide range of activities. Introducing Our Charming Gites
Discover our four newly constructed and thoughtfully restored gites that exude a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.

Gite 1 - Le Chai
Featuring three bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy lounge, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, Le Chai offers a total of 110 square meters (approximately 1200 square feet) of living space. An adjoining door connects Le Chai with La Grange, providing the flexibility to rent them separately or as one large unit, accommodating 10+ people. This arrangement is perfect for two families or large groups looking to enjoy a memorable holiday together.

Gite 2 - La Grange
With two bedrooms, a bathroom, a welcoming lounge, a generous dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, La Grange boasts 110 square meters (approximately 1200 square feet) of living space. Similar to Le Chai, an adjoining door connects La Grange with Le Chai, allowing you to rent them individually or as a combined unit, accommodating 10+ people. This setup is ideal for two families or large groups seeking a shared holiday experience.

Gite 3 - Le Hibou
Featuring three bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable lounge, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, Le Hibou offers 110 square meters (approximately 1200 square feet) of living space. This gite provides ample room for additional beds if needed, ensuring a flexible accommodation option for larger groups.

Local Facilities:
The nearest village, MADIRAN, is located 3km away. Here, you will find a Boulangerie, Epicerie, Post Office, wine shop & wine center, Restaurant, Bar, Tennis Courts, Sports Hall, Children's Playground, Football and Volleyball Pitch. The nearest towns of Plaisance du Gers & Maubourguet, which are 10km away, offer major facilities. Tarbes and Pau, both administrative centers, are located 30km and 40km away respectively. They offer a wide variety of shopping, leisure facilities, arts, and historical centers. Additionally, Tarbes is home to the oldest Golf Course in Europe. Local activities such as wine tasting, golf, mini-golf, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, and horse riding are all available. There are also many beautiful walks and cycle rides surrounding our Gites. We provide a large file of local walks and cycle rides ranging from 3km to 65km, which take you through vineyards, pretty villages, and Chateaux. Our Gites also serve as a great base for the Pyrenees, which is a great day out for both walkers and cyclists.

Fetes:
We recommend attending the following local fetes:
- Madiran: On August 14th and 15th, there is the Fete du Vin where all local producers offer free tasting of their wines and foods. Music and meals are available over a period of 4 days. In November, there is the Portes ouverts event where all producers open their Chais for tasting and purchasing prior to Christmas.
- Plaisance du Gers: In July, there is a huge street fete, including course landaise.
- Maubourguet: In August, there is a huge street fete over 4 days, including bullfighting and course landaise.
- Marciac: There is an International Jazz festival that takes place over 2 weeks and includes music, stalls, and food from around the world.

Directions:
Nearest airports:
- Pau Pyrenees: 45 mins.
- Bordeaux Merignac, Toulouse Blagnac, Biarritz: 2 hours.
- Tarbes-Lourdes: 1 hour.

By car:
From Bordeaux:
- Take the A62 to Junction 3 Langon.
- From Langon, follow the main D932 to Roquefort, then take the D934 towards Aire Sur lAdour.
- Once at Aire Sur lAdour, take the D935 towards Tarbes.
- Approximately 10km south of Riscle on the D935, you will come to Chateau Montus on your right hand side.
- Take the first turning right onto the D58 and continue past Chateau Perron to the top of the hill.
- At the first crossroads after Chateau Perron, turn left.
- Follow the crest of the hill towards the mountains and take the third left after about 2km onto the Chemin de Qulay.
- Follow Chemin de Qulay until the road forks to the left, then follow the road to the left onto Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.

From Tarbes:
- Follow the main road D935 from Tarbes towards Bordeaux.
- Approximately 10km north of Maubourguet, and signposted to Madiran, turn left onto the D48.
- Pass Chateau Hechac and continue to the restaurant "La Colline."
- Take the right facing the restaurant towards Soublecause & Castelneau Riviere-Basse.
- Take the third turning right at the second small crossroads onto Chemin de Qulay.
- At the fork, turn left onto Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.

From Pau:
- Take the N134 north out of Pau for approximately 30km until you reach Garlin.
- At Garlin, turn right and follow the road into the village until you reach a mini roundabout.
- Turn left at the roundabout and follow the D16 towards a T-junction at Diusse.
- Turn left and then first right, following the signs to Madiran, onto the D205.
- Follow the D205 and then the D317 towards Aydie, and then take the D548 until you reach a T-junction with the D48.
- Turn right towards Madiran.
- Drive through Madiran and take the first turning left after you have passed the sports hall, which is the Chemin de Qulay.
- Follow the road until you reach the top of the hill where the road bears right.
- Follow the road right until you reach a crossroads.
- Go straight on at the crossroads and continue on Chemin de Qulay until the road forks left onto Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is approximately 500 meters along Chemin de Prielle and is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.
