We offer three comfortable rooms that can accommodate anywhere from one to four people, depending on our customers' needs. Each room is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

On the ground floor, there is a common room where you can find everything you need to prepare coffee or tea. Additionally, there is a selection of books and regional documentation available for your reading pleasure.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, the pool, and our three acres of oak wood, perfect for peaceful walks.

For breakfast, we serve a continental meal made with local produce. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy your breakfast in our conservatory or in the garden.

Inside the house, we provide a pool table and a piano for our guests to use.

Private parking is available, and we offer WiFi throughout the premises. Please note that our house is non-smoking. If you wish to bring your pets, please let us know in advance as there is an additional charge.

Description for Gite

Our charming cottage rental offers three spacious bedrooms and a cozy living space on the ground floor. While it has an independent entrance, it is situated within the same farmhouse as our main house. The well-equipped kitchen area features a fridge top, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. Guests are welcome to enjoy the refreshing pool and billiard room, which are accessible to all. Please note that weekend rentals are available, except during the summer season and school holidays.

Directions

Take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse and follow the signs for Quint Fonsegrives. From there, proceed towards Lanta / Caraman. After passing the village of Lanta, continue towards Caraman. After approximately 5 km, you will find Le Mas de Briquepierre on your left.
