The interior of the property boasts a spacious ground floor, featuring a cozy living and dining room with a TV and DVD player, spanning 30m². Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchen of 20m², complete with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A convenient large toilet and sink, as well as a small equipment room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, are also included. For added accessibility, there is a bathroom with a shower seat, as well as a ground-floor bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm).

Ascending the stone staircase, you will find a charming mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a crib, a Parma-themed bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a beige room with a double bed (120cm) and a single bed (90cm). An additional toilet and sink are available on this level.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with garden furniture and a barbecue terrace complete with a wooden ramp. The property also features a lovely lawn area.

Situated just 15km from the stunning beaches, our location is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, with our town offering an impressive 44 miles of marked trails.

Directions

To reach Valognes, follow the D56 road towards Cherbourg. Then, continue on this road until you come across the third right turn. Take this turn, which will lead you to the road and water area known as Gallot. Keep going until you reach the hamlet situated 1km uphill, where you will find No. 89.
