The farmhouse has a spacious ground floor that has been converted into three comfortable double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room has its own entrance, located on different sides of the farmhouse. Description for Gite
Located in the garden, you will discover Oleandro, a charming detached bungalow measuring 48m². This cozy accommodation is perfect for couples or small families with one or two children. Inside, you will find two comfortable single beds that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a spacious sleeping couch. Additionally, Oleandro is equipped with a convenient washing machine.Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the private garden and admire the breathtaking view of the picturesque hills. With its own parking space, Casa Oleandro ensures convenience for guests. For an additional fee of €7.00 per person, you have the option to join other guests for a delicious breakfast at the nearby farmhouse.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in Oleandro. If you wish to bring your furry friends along, kindly request permission in advance.

Directions from Northern Italy:
1. Start by following the A1 towards Milan from Parma - Bologna.
2. Continue on the A1 towards Bologna.
3. Once in Bologna, take the A14 in the direction of Rimini - Ancona.
4. Take the A14 exit Ancona Nord and continue on the SS76 towards Jesi, Fabriano, and Roma.
5. After approximately 25 minutes, take the Mergo / Apiro exit.
6. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo.
7. Stay on the road and follow it up the mountain for about 10 minutes, passing the village of Mergo.
8. Continue straight on this road beyond the village.
9. After a kilometer past the village, you will reach a T-junction. Go straight ahead (past a small church).
10. Follow the road towards Rosora, but immediately take the first left onto Via Panocchia.
11. After a little over one kilometer, you will see a sign for "Casa dei Colli" on the right, which leads to our Bed & Breakfast.

2. Take the Orte exit towards Terni.
3. Turn right at Osteria del Gatto onto the SS76 towards Fabriano and Ancona.
4. Take the Mergo / Apiro exit.

6. Stay on the road and follow it up the mountain for about 10 minutes, passing the village of Mergo.
7. Continue straight on this road beyond the village.
