Our bed and breakfast is more than just a room - it's a spacious suite with a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor and a lovely bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet on the upper level.
Relax and unwind on your own private patio, surrounded by fragrant aromatic plants and our thriving vegetable garden. Alternatively, take a refreshing dip in the pool or enjoy the shade of our covered patio.
To enhance your stay, we offer a Table d'Hôte experience upon prior notice. Delight in the opportunity to savor our local seafood and other delectable specialties from the region, which we are thrilled to share with you.

Idyllic
Our stay at the Abri des Hirondelles was fabulous! Hosts Ando and Olly are lovely and welcoming and they cook beautifully, often with organic produce from their vegetable patch. The cottage is delightful, very quiet, clean and full of Charente character. They keep the accommodation, garden and pool in tip-top condition for their guest, and with a smile! Highly recommended!
Directions
LAbri des Hirondelles can be found in Le Bois de lEncens, a small settlement near the village of Virson. It is conveniently located between Aigrefeuille and Surgères, and is also in close proximity to La Rochelle.
