The living, dining, and kitchen area is exceptionally spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and culinary endeavors.

You will have the luxury of a private drive and entrance, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. Additionally, there is a lovely small garden exclusive to the property, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. At the rear of the residence, there is a large, beautifully landscaped wooded garden, creating a tranquil atmosphere for your enjoyment.

Rest assured, our premises are secure, offering peace of mind during your stay. For the little ones, we have provided a swing in the secure area, ensuring their entertainment and enjoyment.

Directions

To reach our house, take exit 2 on A85 and continue for just a few minutes. Head towards Longué-Saumur and after approximately 3km, turn towards St Philbert-du-P. Our house is located in the center of the village.

If you are coming from Saumur, follow D147 towards Angers. As you reach Longué, at the roundabout near Super U, turn right towards St Philbert. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating "chambres d'hôtes" and follow it. Our house, number 29, is situated in the center of the village.
