Joël and Bernadette warmly welcome guests to their charming rural property, whether they are travelers or visitors exploring the beautiful region. Guests will have access to a lovely landscaped garden where they can relax under the shade of a majestic Catalpa tree. Additionally, the property offers convenient access to the city of Le Mans and its historic Plantagenet City via tram. This city is known for its rich historical heritage.

Perfectly situated just 7 km from the main entrance of the famous 24-hour circuit, guests can easily enjoy all the sporting events happening in the area. The property offers two spacious rooms, named Armor and Argoat, which have separate entrances from the main house. Upstairs, guests will be charmed by the cozy atmosphere of the Argoat bedroom and equally impressed by the stylish decor of the Armor room. Both rooms are equipped with a comfortable 140cm bed, sofa, desk, and ample storage space.

For guests' convenience and enjoyment, there is a lounge area, library, and Hi-Fi system located between the two bedrooms. This space is perfect for relaxation and provides information about the local area. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious shared bathroom with separate toilet facilities.

To enhance guests' stay, a coffee maker, as well as tea and herbal tea options, are provided. As a partner of the nearby Zoo de la Flèche, the property offers guests a Pass card for their visit to the zoo. This card is valid for all accompanying individuals such as family and friends.

Depuis 4 ans que nous allons chez Bernadette et Joël pour les 24h camions, nous avons toujours eu un très bon accueil, rien à redire des chambres ainsi que du copieux petit déjeuner ( les très bonnes confitures).
Pour nous, c'est un plaisir de revenir tous les ans. N'hésitez pas vous ne regretterez pas !!!

Nous avons été reçus comme des amis et avons partagé de bons moments en compagnie de Bernadette et Joël. Ils nous ont concocté de savoureux petits déjeuners. Chambres agréables, propres et calmes. Séjour inoubliable pour les 24H du Mans !!

Super accueille ,endroit très calme,petit déjeuner copieux, très facile a trouver. Pour les amis motards ,il y a de la place pour les motos ,endroit sécurisé.

En plus des manifestations sportives du week-end, nous avons passer un excellent moment dans un cadre très chaleureux ainsi que des propriétaires très accueillant. Il n'y a rien à redire hormis un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cette accueil, convivialité et super petit déjeuner ...

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit chez Jöel et Bernadette. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Le descriptif fait sur le site correspond bien à la réalité. Laccueil est chaleureux et la maison est au calme. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, accompagné de délicieuses confitures faites maison.

Logement propre, spacieux, calme avec coin jardin sympathique. Agréable contact avec les propriétaires qui vous accueillent comme si vous etiez des amis et ne savent que faire pour vous faire plaisir.

"Le Vigneau" can be found 1 km away from the RD 338 road, which connects Le Mans and Tours. If you are in the southern part of Le Mans, head towards Tours using the RD 338 road. Pass through Mulsanne and exit before reaching the road to Moncé en Belin. After approximately 1 km, you will arrive at your destination, where our house is located on the left side.
