With 3 rooms and 1 bathroom, this house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.The gite boasts a picturesque view of the landscaped garden and features a shaded terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the house is fully furnished and equipped with modern storage units for convenience.
Safety is a priority in this house, with a multi-point lock on the entrance door, secure windows, an interphone, automatic gate, and a fence providing a secure environment for guests. Additionally, the house is well-insulated with double-windows and eco-friendly materials, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather.
The main room serves as both an entrance and living area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a large cabinet, a long dining table with 6 chairs, two lamps, a flat-screen TV, a phone plug, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an inox double-bowl, gas hob with 4 burners, an extractor hood, an oven and microwave, a fridge and freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and tableware.

Additionally, it is just a 15-minute drive from large shopping centers such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as the industrial areas of southern Toulouse where companies like Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel are located.
For leisure activities, the house is conveniently located within a 15-minute drive from the Golf Club of La Ramée and a leisure park that offers various amenities such as a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and biking trails.
