Welcome to our charming house (120 m²), nestled in a tranquil dead-end street adjacent to a historic, non-operational farm. This idyllic location offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our delightful abode comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (with the possibility of additional beds for up to 9 people).

The ground floor features a spacious living room (35m²), complete with a TV, stereo, and telephone for convenient communication. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a well-appointed kitchen boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with hood, and freezer. Additionally, a convenient laundry area with a washing machine is at your disposal. A stylish bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the ground floor.

As you ascend to the upper level, you will discover three generously-sized bedrooms, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep. A hallway and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet are also located on this floor.

For your convenience, parking space for up to three cars is available behind the house.

To fully embrace the tranquility of our location, a charming terrace and garden await you at the front of the house, facing the south. Equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, this space offers an ideal setting for relaxation and al fresco dining. Enjoy the unobstructed views of the picturesque countryside, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
