Located just ten minutes away from downtown La Rochelle and Ile de Re, this tranquil guest room offers a spacious and comfortable stay. Situated in a peaceful area with a large enclosed garden (800 m²), the room features an independent large bay window that overlooks the garden and terrace. Inside, guests will find a cozy office corner, a double bed (1.60 m x 2m), 2 leather armchairs, a wardrobe, and a corner style multimedia area complete with a TV, satellite, DVD player, USB, and WiFi. The room also includes a private bathroom, toilet, and entrance, as well as private parking.

Guests will have plenty of options for outdoor activities, such as walks by the sea and beaches, tennis, and golf (18 holes), all just a few kilometers away. Additionally, there are numerous shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. For those arriving by plane or train, the airport and train station are both just a 10-minute drive away.

The guest room can accommodate up to 4 people, with rates ranging from €50 to €90 per night. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights for bookings. The guest room is closed annually from November 1st to February 28th.

The rates for the room include breakfast and vary depending on the season. During the low season (September 1st to June 30th), the rates are €55 for 1 person, €58 for 2 people, €75 for 3 people, and €90 for 4 people. In the high season (July 1st to August 31st), the rates are €60 for 1 person, €63 for 2 people, €78 for 3 people, and €90 for 4 people.

Please note that the local holiday tax is not included in the rates.

Toujours aussi agreable pour notre 3e séjour dans cette chambre d'hotes avec un super accueil.nous venons de passer 5 nuits avec notre petit fils et avons profité des bons petits déjeuners de mme mieze ainsi que de la terrasse bien agréable le soir

Madame Mieze est une personne à l'écoute et discrète.
La chambre est attenante à la maison, spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Petit déjeuner maison très bon.

Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 avec une chambre réellement spacieuse et confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'espace extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, c'est notre seul regret. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
