Rent a detached house on a family property, perfect for 2 to 4 people. The house has been fully renovated and offers a cozy living space of 20 m2. It is situated in a quiet and wooded area, surrounded by nature, adding to its charm.

The living room is equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. There is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The shower room also includes a toilet.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, providing a peaceful and private outdoor space.

There is also the possibility of adding two extra beds in a mezzanine area, although access to this area is not practical.

The location is close to the Orient Forest Park, with the lakes just 10 minutes away. The Troyes/Dienville bike path is easily accessible within 5 minutes, as well as a supermarket. The city of Troyes, known for its magnificent architectural heritage and famous factory stores, is just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the amusement park Nigloland is only 30 minutes away.

The rental is available starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, while the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. A full week, from Saturday to Saturday, is priced at 200 euros. For longer stays, please contact us for more details.

We also offer additional services such as the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels for 5 euros, and baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros. A cleaning fee of 20 euros will be charged upon departure.

Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
