We offer various rental options, including the entire villa, the Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom, the Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing, the Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie), and the Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul). Please inform us of your choice of rooms or if you require taxis.

A personalized quote will be provided based on your specific conditions and the number of people. Here is an example of basic pricing for the villa or bed and breakfast guest house.

For your stay, a minimum rental of 15 days is required, unless previously agreed upon. The price will vary depending on the number of people. Please refer to the calendar for low and high season rates.

In low season (April, May, June, July, August, September), the price for an empty house or a guest house in our presence is 1280 per month or 42 per day for four guests. In high season (October, November, December, January, February, March), the price for an empty house or a guest house in our presence is 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests.

Please note that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared. The presence of the owner is possible and desirable, so please inform us if you do not wish for the owner to be present.

If you are interested in a long-term rental (more than three months), the rate is 1100 per month for a maximum of four people.

Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on the length of stay and the season. For example, there is a weekly rate of +2 per person per day, a daily rate of +3 per person per day, and a weekend rate of +30 per day for a maximum of six people. A mandatory cleaning fee of +25 is also applicable for weekly cleaning or after departure.

Departure is mandatory at 10 am, and arrival is expected from 2 pm for cleaning and preparations. Payment for additional services should be made on-site with your automatic agreement on the reservation.

"Welcome to our rented premises, a comfortable house with a beautiful Mauritian Creole aesthetic. The house consists of a suite and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The house is bright and spacious, with tasteful interiors and colonial paintings. The interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and shutters have been completely redone.

The location is ideal, only 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grand Baie Center, 2km from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, and 5km from the beach of Pereybère. It is also just a 15-minute walk from the city center of Grand Baie. There is a bus stop located 50 meters away with frequent and affordable buses (16 rupees or 40 euro cents) that can take you to Pointe aux Canonniers, Grand Baie Center, Port, Beach Bowl, Peyrebere Beach, Cap Malheureux, and the most beautiful beaches of Mauritius within a 2.5km radius. The capital, Port Louis, is a 30-minute drive away.

One of the highlights of this rental is the fully air-conditioned villa, covering 136 square meters and perfectly maintained since 2023. The dining room and TV lounge open onto the terrace and the exotic garden, making it a perfect space for relaxation. The large covered terrace can accommodate up to 8 people for dining. In the residence, there are shared outdoor facilities including a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by mango and coconut trees and other exotic plants. Barbecues by the pool are a delightful experience in this little corner of paradise. Additionally, there are two tennis courts available for guests.

The property is conveniently located next to the bus station, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes by bus. Upon request and subject to availability, evening meals can be arranged as extras. Otherwise, there is a large modern and well-equipped kitchen for guests to use.

The rental includes a comprehensive inventory of fixtures, including various household appliances and equipment such as a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, two refrigerator freezers (200 liters each), microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, minute cooker, wok, ironing board and iron, clocks, tables, double beds, single bed, cupboards, doors, and more. Linen, sheets, pillows, towels, gloves, blankets, crockery, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils are also provided.

Please note that any painting or decoration work is strictly prohibited. The tenant is not allowed to change the locks without prior agreement. Any anomalies should be reported immediately to the owner for insurance purposes. A security deposit of 400 euros is required to cover any damages, additional cleaning, and consumption charges. The deposit will be refunded within one month after deducting any necessary expenses. The tenant is responsible for taking out their own civil insurance and damage insurance.

In case of non-payment or non-compliance with the agreement, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract and request the tenant to vacate the premises. We hope you have a wonderful stay in our rented premises!
