Welcome to our guest house, "The Chabetaine," located in a specially quiet and privileged location. Prepare to be amazed by the breathtaking landscape of the Ardennes forest and the soothing melody of birdsong that will gently wake you each morning. Take a leisurely stroll along the peaceful path or simply relax on your private balcony, where you can admire nature from almost every angle. Our new wooden house is not only energy-efficient but also constructed with ecological materials, following the principles of Feng Shui.

We offer three bright and airy double rooms, each with its own unique charm. The Aurore room faces the sunrise, while the Zenith room is bathed in sunlight at midday. The Twilight room, on the other hand, provides a serene setting to enjoy the beauty of the sunset. Regardless of your choice, all rooms come with a sheltered south-facing terrace, ensuring a rejuvenating and awe-inspiring experience.

The Aurore bedroom features two twin beds (90/200) with a box spring mattress made of 100% vegetable-based ecological memory foam. In the Zenith Bedroom, you'll find a spacious double bed (160/200) with classic bedding and an adjustable slatted box spring mattress. The Twilight Room offers a large double bed (160/200) with a boxspring bedding made from 100% vegetable-based Coco Bamboo, ensuring both comfort and sustainability.

Each room is equipped with a private bathroom that includes a shower, sink, toilet, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and essential products. Step out onto your terrace (balcony), facing south and adorned with garden chairs, and enjoy the stunning views of the countryside and forest in almost every direction. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable access, high-speed internet plug, WiFi, mechanical ventilation, an alarm system, and fire detection. The large triple-glazed windows provide an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.

To maintain a peaceful environment, our entire house is non-smoking. We also offer free parking and a garage for bicycles and motorcycles. Feel free to explore the area with the help of our walking map and tourist guide.

For families with a baby, we can accommodate your needs by providing a cot upon prior request, at an additional cost of €50.00 per stay. Please inform us in advance.

Please note that we have a friendly Labrador dog and cat residing on the ground floor, and you may also catch a glimpse of a horse in the neighboring meadow.

Immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere where natural light floods each room, and the quietness is enhanced by the natural cellulose insulation and wood fibers in the walls. Embracing the principles of Feng Shui, all our materials, insulators, and paints are environmentally friendly. To keep you warm and comfortable, we use a heat pump for heating and hot water, and a wood-burning stove adds a cozy touch to the living room. Prepare to be captivated by the stunning views of the fields and the surrounding forest from every window in our guest house.
