La Fontaine Airmeth is a charming cottage located in the heart of Brittany, just 1km from Ploërdut. With its two delightful rooms, it offers a beautiful and tranquil retreat. Guests have the opportunity to explore the stunning Scorff valley and visit the renowned heritage city of Guéméné-sur-Scorff, both located nearby.

The house itself is a true reflection of the idyllic hamlet it is nestled within. We are committed to sustainable living, using ecologically friendly cleaning products and implementing practices such as composting and waste separation.

In addition to providing comfortable accommodation, we also organize workshops and nature visits, covering topics such as gardening, beekeeping, and forestry.

The Passiflore room, located on the first floor, provides a spacious and bright space for 1 to 3 people, with a comfortable double bed and an armchair-bed. It also has a private shower and toilet. The Mandragore room, also on the first floor, offers a cozy and romantic atmosphere for 1 to 2 people, with a double bed and a private bathroom and toilet.

A French breakfast featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients is included with your stay. Bed linens and towels are also provided.

Within the hamlet, guests can enjoy the tranquility of nature, encounter various animals, explore the surrounding forests, and relax in our special garden filled with medicinal plants and herbs. We also offer additional activities such as massages and various animations.

The surrounding area offers a range of activities including hiking, fishing, horse riding, visits to historic sites, and opportunities to sample delicious local cuisine at nearby restaurants and markets. Additionally, the Guerledan lake and Arrée mountains are within reach for those seeking more outdoor adventures.

We offer special rates for families, and the entire house can also be rented as a "gîte" for larger groups.

Various activities are available for guests to enjoy during their stay. In terms of nature, guests have free access to explore our gardens and vegetable patches, as well as the option to participate in guided tours and workshops focusing on medieval, aromatic, and medicinal plants (8€ per adult, 5€ per child). We also offer beekeeping workshops with honey tasting (8€ per adult, 5€ per child), guided forest tours (5€ per adult, 3€ per child), and evening gatherings around an outdoor fire with storytelling and animal encounters (5€ per adult, 3€ per child). For those interested in history, we provide guided tours of the hamlet and village (5€ per adult, 3€ per child).

For those seeking relaxation and well-being, guests are welcome to use the loungers in our garden. We also offer massages provided by Magdeleine from HerbEau Sens, using only organic oils. Directions

To get to the guest house with blue windows from the center of Ploërdut, head in the direction of Lignol for approximately 1 km. Once you reach the straight road, make a left turn when you spot the blue pannel labeled La Fontaine Airmeth. Follow the road downhill until you reach the guest house with blue windows.
