Offering a separate entrance and secure private parking, the cottage ensures your privacy and convenience. The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and food processors. A laundry area is also available with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The cozy lounge features a flat screen TV, Hi-Fi system, and Wi-Fi access. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another room with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. Additionally, we provide a range of amenities including a barbecue, bowling equipment, beach chairs, bicycles, and various games for your entertainment. To reach the small town of Chanteloup, follow either of these travel directions:

1. Take the Rennes-Nantes road and head towards Laillé. From there, continue towards Corps Nuds and follow the signposts for Chanteloup.

2. Alternatively, if you are on the Rennes-Angers road, take the exit for Corps-Nuds and follow the signposts for Chanteloup.
