This fully furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers easy access for people with reduced mobility. It features 4 bedrooms, including 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot. With 3 bathrooms, this villa provides great convenience.

Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet, this villa ensures a comfortable stay. The veranda, offering a sea view, leads to a spacious wooden deck. Additionally, there are two shady terraces on either side of the villa. All of this is set on a large 1300m2 garden with fruit trees.

Vincendo beach is easily reachable on foot in just 20 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. This stunning beach boasts several small coves with black sand. Please note that the beach is accessible from November until the end of the austral summer, and swimming is allowed but not supervised.

Nearby, you can explore the Rivière Langevin and lava flows.

The price for this villa is as follows:
- Outside of school holidays: 490 euros per week
- During school holidays: 560 euros per week
- Weekend formula (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday): 290 euros

Linen is provided, and cleaning services are available upon request for an additional cost of 60 euros.
