Welcome to this charming 60 sqm house with a beautiful garden and a terraced area for planting. The property also boasts a fenced yard and a secure locked gate, ensuring there are no worries about parking your car.

Inside, the entire ground floor is equipped with air conditioning and features a modern interior design. The house is adorned with some lovely antique furniture and simple décor, collected from various countries where we have lived and visited, such as Lebanon, Guinea-Conakry, Jordan, Congo-Brazzaville, Chad, and Iraq.

The room offers a very comfortable bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, providing a perfect place to rest and relax. In the morning, a delicious breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 10:00, including fresh bread, pastries, butter, jams, juices, cottage cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, hot beverages of your choice, and cereals.

This property is located in my hometown, TROUILLAS, separated from my main residence by a small patio and a beautiful wrought iron staircase that leads to my deck. You can choose to enjoy your breakfast either with a lovely view of the Alberes from our home or on our deck, according to your preference.

TROUILLAS is situated in the sunny Department of Pyrénées-Orientales, where we experience a pleasant breeze from time to time. Our region is known for its enviable temperatures. We have a rich cultural heritage, which I invite you to explore through the books and pamphlets available in the guest room.

The capital of the Canton is only 5 km away and offers a delightful Saturday market, as well as all the amenities you may need. In Trouillas, you will find a grocery store, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, two doctors, a pedicure, nurses, and a tobacco shop with newspapers.

Don't miss the opportunity to taste our local wines at the wine cooperatives or visit private winegrowers and their cellars. If you're looking to explore beyond Trouillas, we are conveniently located 20 km from the sea, 80 km from the mountains, and have easy access to Spain through Perthus, which is 25 km away. The mountains of Andorra and Puigcerda in Cerdagne, as well as the stunning Côte Vermeille and its beautiful beaches in Cerberus and Port Bou, are also within reach.

To put it simply, come and visit us - you will fall in love with this beautiful region. France is truly a magnificent country, and we invite you to experience its beauty firsthand.
