This cozy cottage is conveniently located just 25 minutes (approximately 20 km) away from the stunning beaches, an hour's drive from Caen, and two hours from the famous Mont Saint Michel.

Perfect for families or a group of four, the Normand small house offers a comfortable stay for both adults and children. The house features a brand-new interior with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedding is specifically designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing sleep for guests of all ages.

The cottage is surrounded by a spacious 900m² land, perfect for outdoor activities and games for both children and adults. You can also enjoy delightful evenings by the barbecue, creating unforgettable memories. For added convenience, a cellar is available to store bicycles or any other belongings.

Additionally, the cottage provides a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax in the warm Normandy weather.

The rates for the cottage are as follows:
- High season (June, July, and August): €270 per week
- Low season (September to May): €200 per week
- Weekend rate: €120 for a two-night stay.

Optional cleaning sheets are also available upon request.
